The subject of my talk paper is new version of the
software Allplan2021.
Basic information about the Allplan software
product based on the object-oriented
database of simple 3D objects is provided. Some
improvements of the Allplan 2021 software have
been reviewed

1. Introduction
Introducing BIM into real design practice is a
topic of discussion in design circles.
At the heart of this Technology lies the concept
of object-oriented parametric design of
buildings.

2. Basic information about the Allplan
software complex
Firstly we will look at basic information about the
Allplan software complex.
Allplan, as a BIM platform, is a comprehensive
computer-aided design system. This software
package allows you to combine all project
participants, developers,investors, and specialists
in the operation of construction structures in a
single information space. Allplan is the main
software product of Nemetschek AG, founded in
1963 by Professor Georg Nemetschek in Munich.

3. The first version of Allplan in Russia
Next we will look at the first version of Allplan
in Russia.
In Russia, the first localized version of Allplan
appeared in 1998, while the program was as
close as possible to domestic standards,
supplemented with libraries of elements that
meet Russian standards.

Let’s turn our attention to the benefits of the Allplan
