grocery stores, natural food stores, and direct-toconsumer markets.

in many markets as the demand for organic

sales have soared by 123%,
and organic vegetable sales
have increased by 92%. The
share of fresh greens and
other organic products

The biggest myth accompanying “organic" is
that it is insanely expensive. Since 2011, prices
for organic products have fallen by about 8%.
Prices, of course, depend heavily on the state,
but on average the difference between checks
is not as terrifying as it seems. And, of course,
