Residence Requirements
The Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa is permanent, but...

3. A Canadian permanent resident can apply for the citizenship after living in
Canada for at least 3 years during the past 5 years.

Our Immigration Process
We divide the immigration assessment process into several stages:

Pre-Assessment Stage – sales representatives:

• Register the customer for the services (i.e., process the payment)
• Provide the client with all the contact details and instructions
2.
Customer service agents:
• Contact the client within 24 hours and assist to fill the forms and answer the questions.
• Follow up the clients.
3.
Immigration Agents Assessment:
• Once the customers sends all his details (Ass., CV, copy of passport, signed contract) – file transfer to the agents.
• Within 30-74 days customer gets the assessment results.

Assessment Results:
• When a customer received the results, they will find out whether or not they are
eligible to apply for one of the Canadian Visa programs:
• Eligible clients – may continue the immigration process with our immigration
agents, which includes a comprehensive immigration service package for an
attractive price.
• Ineligible clients – will be explained why currently not eligible and what can be
done in order to qualify in the future.
• We will keep their information in our data base for up to 2 years in case other
immigration options will be available for them in the future.
