Select “Reporting Module” - “Enter Report” – “Confidential Safety Report”
Email
On http://www.intranet.airastana.com/ main page
enter “Quick Links”:
(1) Select “Safety Report Form” - “Confidential Safety
Report E-Form”, and upon completing the form,
push “Submit by email” in the upper right corner,
or
(2) Select “Safety Report Form” - “Confidential Safety
Report ”, download , fill in the form and email to
[email protected]
Mail
Mail the Confidential Safety Report directly
to Senior Vice President Corporate Safety
Compliance (or any manager you trust )

IQSMS Reporting
Reports can be filled out offline (for example, during a flight) and sent later as
soon as you got Internet connection.
During the preparation of the report pictures can be attached directly from the
device. This will avoid losing time for downloading pictures to your computer or
scanning documents.
Saves the reporter time: there is no need to go to the office. The application is
installed on almost any personal device.

You need to choose the type of report (for
example, Air Safety Report, Ground Safety
Report, etc.), fill in all the required fields.
Mandatory fields are marked with a black
triangle ( ).

e-mail address.

Access to IQSMS mobile app (IT Security requirements)
To set up your personal credentials, follow the
steps that are outlined below:
Log into the IQSMS online system
http://iqsms.airastana.com/ using your
normal
credentials,
and
press
at
“Generate Offline Credentials”
A warning message will appear.
Press “OK”.
Note: Every time you use this function, you will
overwrite your current offline credentials. This
means that any time you use this function, the
system will generate a new password for your
offline credentials and your previous offline
credentials will become invalid.

Further you will find info (as below) for
entering into IQSMS mobile application.
Go to mobile application "IQSMS"
and enter your new Credentials.
Note . You need to log in only once. During later

do not use "Sign out" when you exit.
