A disabled child shall have the right
to rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation shall mean providing
social, mental,medical, educational
and professional services necessary
to the disabled child and his family to
assist them in overcoming the
consequences of his disability.

The State shall provide rehabilitation
services and prosthetic equipment,
free of charge, within the allocations
earmarked for this purpose in the
general budget of the State, and
subject to the provision of Article 85
of this Law.
