Russel Wallace in the nineteenth century.
The scientific theory of evolution by natural
selection was conceived independently by Charles
Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace in the mid-19th
century and was set out in detail in Darwin's
book On the Origin of Species.
The theory of evolution is based on the idea that
all species are related and gradually change over
time.Evolution relies on there being genetic
variation in a population which affects the physical
characteristics (phenotype) of an organism.

The theory of divine origin of the state advocates
only monarchical form of government.
The monarchical form of government is practically
disappearing from the world. No wonder the theory
of divine origin also does not find its supporters in
modern times.
It is too much to believe that one day God thought of
creating the state and created one.
The theory put emphasis on revelation and not
reason.In modern times we attribute everything to
reason and hence it is not accepted today.

A social contract is an act by which individuals
agree to form a government
According to social contract theory,
governments . are established by the people who
combine to achieve some goal.
Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, and Jean Jacques
Rousseau were social contract theorists
They hypothesized the existence of a state of
nature prior to any government

• Social contract theory says that people live
together in society in accordance with an
agreement that establishes moral and political
rules of behavior. Some people believe that if we
live according to a social contract, we can live
moral by our own choice and not because a divine
being requires it.
• People who choose to live inagree to be governed
by the moral and political obligations outlined in
the Constitution’s social contract.
• They provide a valuable framework for harmony in
society.
