by I. Martos in 1818.

Lobnoye Mesto is the round structure. It is facedwith stone slabs. Arch. Kazakov designed the
present version of this place in 1790.

The Nikolskaya tower was named so becauseNikolskaya Street starts from it. It has been many
times rebuilt and twice restored after destruction.
