Профессиональная этика юриста является специфической
формой проявления морали в целом. Она представляет собой
совокупность нравственных представлений и установок,
находящих своё проявление в поведении представителей
определённой социальной группы общества – юристов,
обусловленных их принадлежностью к данной профессии.
Причём, наряду с общими нормами моральных отношений в
любой профессиональной деятельности, юридическая этика
формулирует дополнительные требования и нормы, вытекающие
из качественного своеобразия профессии юриста.
