气路1号前模破真空辅助脱模。气路2号后模气门产品顶出。气
路3号后模破真空辅助脱模。气路4号后模斜气辅助产品顶出。
Airline 1 at cavity half: air blowing to avoid cavity stick, assist for
demolding.
Airline 2 at core half: air valve blowing, product coming out.
Airline 3 at core half: Air blowing to avoid core stick, assist for
demolding.
Airline 4 at core half: air blowing at top edge, assist for demolding.
接气方式 1号气路全部并联。2号气路全部并联。3号气路全部并联。4
号气路全部并联。总共4组气路。
Airline connection: airline 1 with parallel connection; airline 2 with
parallel connection; airline 3 with parallel connection; airline 4 with
parallel connection, totally 4 air lines.
动作顺序开模前1号气路吹气破真空。开模到位后先3号气路破真空
再2号和4号气路吹气顶出产品。
Action: airline 1 blowing before mould open. After mould open ready,
airline 3 blowing first, then airline 2 and airline 4 blowing to push the
product out.
