Having compared the palms of 140 children, they discovered that (9)

Write a short news article describing
the awards ceremony. Use these
guidelines
Make the winner (and to a lesser extent the runner- up) the main focus
of the article: describe what he/she has achieved, why the panel chose
him/her, and include some imaginary quotes from the delighted winner.
Refer briefly to the other finalists, their achievements and possibly,
why they were not chosen.
Remember to refer briefly to the TV programme, and describe the
atmosphere at the award ceremony, etc.
