intensive academic support program. He showed interest in
communications and management courses. Academic
discipline: Despite his status as the country's top athlete,
he was forced to attend all classes, work with tutors, and
take exams like everyone else, which required strict
discipline.
Applying his knowledge: His early and successful launch of
his own shoe brand and partnerships with major
companies (Nike, Mountain Dew) demonstrates his
understanding of branding, marketing, and finance, which
he began mastering while still in university.
