SlavaSoft gives current software (with all rights) and team;
Team is developing software and building Stiga Tennis Expert;
SlavaSoft gives 20-40% share of common venture project;
Stiga gives investments from 300-450 k EURO – seed round;
On next year Stiga and SlavaSoft are collecting 800-900 k EURO
from 3-rd venture party (venture fond, private investor) – round A
