SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
Since year 2007. we regularly accept medical students and young doctors
through our “Medical students’ exchange program”.
Guest students and young doctors have practice at University of
Belgrade School of Medicine under supervision of assigned mentors.
Our program is supported by University of Belgrade Scool of Medicine,
University hospitals and Goverment of Serbia. Activities are coordinated
with institutions and quality of program is evaluated at the end of each
school year.

SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
• ENGLISH is official language of our exchange program!
• SERBIAN is official language in Republic of Serbia and you may speak
Serbian aswell if you know it
Some of our medical doctors who will be teaching you might speak
some other languages like Russian, German, French, Italian and
Spanish.
Each year we invite volunteers speaking more languages to join us in
social activities. Probably you will meet our volunteers who are
speaking your language.

SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
Clinical Center of Serbia together with other University hospitals is
our scientific base.
ALL DEPARTMENTS ARE AVALIABLE!
Guest students and young doctors may apply for
two weeks or one-month practice at desired department.
At least 6 weeks before start of exchange program SrMSA
coordinator has to be informed about your desired departments
(first choice and two alternative choices).

SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
During July and August we regularly provide medical exchange
program for students and young doctors. It is vacation time for
our students and we have available places in dorm for guests. Also
our Proffesors are available more while their students are on
vacation.
From year 2016 ALL MONTHS ARE AVALIABLE! Our prices and
terms are different for other months because they depend on
availability of accomodation and number of incoming colleagues.
Minimal number of incoming students/young doctors for other
months is 2.

SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
We choose adequate accomodation for our guests, clean and
secure, near University hospitals and City Center. These areas are
well connected by public transportation with all parts of Belgrade.
HOSTELS, HOTELS AND PRIVATE APARTMENTS ARE AVALIABLE!
Type of accomodation depends on choosen months and time of
registration! During summer months all students and young
doctors are in very popular student dorm „Dom“. At the same time
„Dom“ has many international guests from different Universities
of Europe and World.

COMPLETE APLICATION FORM
to register for Medical students’ exchange.
Choose
Period of time when you would like to come in Belgrade (Two –weeks or
one-month)
Department (first choice and two alternatives)
After we receive your form we will get confirmation for your practice on
one of desired departments, probably first choice. We will inform you that
program is confirmed by University and give you payment instructions.

As soon as registration process and fee payment is done we will
send you:
invitation letter
information about documents you need to have
information package which includes general info about Serbia
and Belgrade, contact person, transportation from Airport, Hotel,
social program, etc.
Our contact person provides additional answers in particular cases.

SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
REGISTRATION FEE depends on time of registration and payment!
It may also be different for students and young doctors. Prices listed on
next slide are formed for summer period, July and August. Prices for
other periods are available on request, they are slightly higher.
Registration fee includes reception at Airport, accommodation near
Host Clinic in Belgrade City downtown, practice at University hospital
and issuing of official certificate.
Our team provides support to you during your stay in Belgrade. SrMSA
team conistst of students and doctors who coordinate and supervise
your practice.

SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
REGISTRATION FEE (period July/August)
Early registration and payment
1st call until 1th November 2017.
Two weeks = 250 Euros, One-month = 320 Euros
2nd call until 15th December 2017.
Two weeks = 280 Euros, One-month = 350 Euros
3rd call until 25th March 2018.
Two weeks = 300 Euros, One-month = 400 Euros
Late registration and payment until 1th of May 2018.
Two weeks = 350 Euros, One-month = 450 Euros
Very late registration and payment until 11th of June 2018.
Two weeks = 380 Euros, One-month = 500 Euros

SERBIAN MEDICAL STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION
After successful fulfillment of the requirements of “Medical students’
exchange program” guest student/medical doctor will be issued
official certificate.
Official certificate includes signatures of exchange coordinator / SrMSA
President, assigned mentor and stamps of SrMSA and Host Clinic at
University of Belgrade School of Medicine.
