Our tobacco comes from fertile red soil of Viñales,
Cuba where tobacco leaves selected and harvested
with traditional care.
Over the past two centuries, numerous changes have
taken place in tobacco production: agricultural
machinery has reached unprecedented heights,
whole scientific institutes have appeared, the main
purpose of which is to obtain a quality product that
has all the characteristics of a full-fledged taste and
aroma of real tobacco. Science has done much to
improve the quality of raw materials, new and
proven varieties have been introduced.

After all the preparatory actions, the tobacco
gets directly to our factory. For production,
we use only specially prepared tobacco. The
leaves first pass through fermentation, usually
at least two times. These processes are
necessary for biochemical changes to occur in
the tissues of tobacco leaves. At the moment
of chewing tobacco bags we feel the results of
these processes in the form of specific and
quite palpable aromas and flavors.
Then the tobacco is cut into small parts,
moistened, mixed and sent to special cooled
storage for taste maturation.
Before packing, we sieve the tobacco and
enrich it with oxygen.

Highly automated production lines to
ensure and maintain product quality
The process of processing and packaging
chewing tobacco in cans and blocks is fully
automated. For this purpose, we use
special highly technological machines,
including packing machines, which stuff a
certain number of chewing bags into a preprepared box. As a rule, the number of
bags in each can is 15-18 pieces. Further,
the products are marked and affixed to the
brand name of the manufacturer. After
that, each 10 cans are formed with
wrapping, and they are already sent to preprepared boxes. The entire process is fully
automated, but quality control is also
carried out on this site.
