Family law is a branch of law that regulates
personal non-property and production
property relations between citizens,
arising from marriage, blood relationship,
adoption of children for upbringing in the
family.

Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Laws of the subjects of the RK, containing
norms of family law

man and a woman, aimed at creating a family and giving
rise to their mutual rights and obligations
