Conclusions:
South of Europe: tax and other incentives only for innovative start-ups;
corporate tax is high (26%-31%); bureaucracy and mess
Western Europe: financing projects, but high level of bureaucracy;
corporate tax is (25%-33%)
Scandinavia: Not so much tax incentives for any business, financing
support from state; easy process to open a business; low corporate tax
rate (20%-27%)
Russia: no tax or other incentives for start-ups, high level of
bureaucracy and fraud; low corporate tax rate (20%).
