Why we need Customers Personas• As you can see already that our customers have
different personality and want different needs
• If you know what your customer needs, you can create
things to help them reach their goals & dreams faster
• So Personas are: Semi-fictional representations of your
ideal customer based on real data about customer
demographics, behaviors, motivations, and goals
• The best way to create customers personas is to make
meetings with our current customers and understand
them

Steps NeededJust Imagine that after these steps that every Customer we have
will see the information that he/she exactly needs to attract them
to our programs and make them customers as fast as we can,
how much can we grow!
• For example, if I am student and want to go to India, I will
automatically receive content about GC opportunities in
India, and when I get Matched I will automatically receive
how to make Visa for India.
• If the EP trust information from parents, he/she will receive
automatically content from parents of previous EPs, if he trust
Professors he will receive content about different professors
