BRIS uses the CEF eDelivery building block to
securely connect the business registers of all 31
participating countries.

CEF eDelivery access points (AP) are
technology agnostic and can be used to connect
a broad range of IT systems that have been
developed independently.

Now, when the German business owner updates his national
business register, a BRIS message is sent using eDelivery to the
ECP and then on to the business registers of all participating
Member States ensuring the information in every business
register is up-to-date.

ECP, it is accessible through one common portal: the e-Justice Portal.
