burns,liver, kidney, heart, and cornea
transplants. In our Organ Transplant Center, up
to date, in the field of liver, kidney, heart and
cornea, a total of 4510 transplants were
performed.
Our hospital carries the title of being the first
private university hospital where
•the first organ transplant,
•the first living donor liver transplant and
•the first orthotropic liver transplants were
performed.
