heavyweight boxing champion,
called the greatest. Died June 3,
2016 (74 years old)

Marcellus Clay. A charismatic, outspoken
athlete who has been called a great one,
Muhammad Ali was one of the most
prominent heavyweight boxers of the 1960s
and 1970s. The athlete with extraordinary
speed, cunning, and flair won the world title
three times in 15 years. He was very quicktempered, he very often provoked the
opponent before the fight.

• I admire Muhammad Ali because I really
like his fighting technique and the fact
that he is one of those who tried to
stand up to racism. Because of his speed
and the fact that he was able to win the
title of champion 3 times.
