Case: Uterine Prolapse
Species: Cow
Age: five years

Case History: When I visited the
place, the animal was emaciated
and weak as a result of
malnutrition. It had been lying
since the morning, suffering
from the uterus protruding
outside, and the appearance of
inflammatory signs in the uterus
due to the dirtiness of the
uterus, as well as lethargy, high
temperatures, and lack of
appetite.

Diagnosis: Uterine Prolapse
Treatment: Completely cleaning the
uterus, removing the placenta, and
returning the uterus to its normal
position.
External suturing was done in the
form of knots to prevent the uterus
from coming out again due to
contractions.

I Given:
1. A local antibiotic in the form of a
spray.
2. systemic penicillin.
3. Anti-inflammatory
4. vitamins and minerals to
compensate for the deficiency.
5. Pain reliever.
Post-operative care:
Recommendation of the owner for
good management and control of the
animal, providing rich food and
constant movement of the animal.
