She’s 26 years old pop star. Her real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipani. Pseudonym is
an anagram of her name, as well as the name of the street in NYC on which she spent a lot
of time as a teenager.
«Halsey is something like an exaggerated
manifestation of all my qualities, my alter ego.»
Ashley started her career at 17 when her parents kicked her out
of the house and had to live in a basement in Manhattan with her
boyfriend's group.
She started to posted covers of Harry Styles and Taylor Swift's
pensions on the Internet and her videos were very successful. In
she day she met a musician who proposed her to record her music.
Song "Ghost“ became her lucky ticket to the world of show
business.
