CLAIM DESCRIPTION
As illustrated below, we received pallets with all different heights due to the used strapping force.
Some were strapped to hard, with broken, missing or misplaced strap supports and strapping traces as result.
We also noticed the presence of broken wooden pallets.

REQUEST(S):
- Please inform improve the quality of used
pallets and replace them by stronger ones.
Important for us is for you to use euro-sized
pallets, this way we can store the pallets
into our racks and avoid the loss of huge
storage surface of our warehouse.
The curves on top don’t allow us to staple
stock.
- Above of this I kindly request you to
handle the strapping with care, this with the
purpose to acquire a uniform height of
pallets and avoid broken, missing or
misplaced straps and strapping traces.
