• Production is the process of creating
economic goods (goods and services)
to meet the needs of people.

• Characteristics of production use various indicators:
• what is produced,
• in what quantity is produced,
• the number of employed workers,
• the scale of production, etc.

• The main production cell where economic goods are
created is an enterprise. Most enterprises in the
economy are grouped by industry.
