Higher education gives people the
opportunity to get a profession and
get a good job.
A person with higher education has
career prospects and deep knowledge
in a certain area.
In addition to professional
opportunities, higher education
allows you to get many useful skills
and qualities that will be useful in
life.

Types of higher education institutions
Higher educational institutions in Russia are divided into
types: university, academy, institute.
The University implements educational programs of higher
education at all levels in a wide range of specialties. The
Academy implements educational programs of all levels for
a certain area of ​scientific activity, within which the
Academy must carry out scientific research. The institutes
work on educational programs of higher education of
bachelor's, specialist's and master's degrees in a certain area
of ​professional activity.
The higher education system in the UK includes
universities, higher education colleges and continuing
education courses. Universities are the most prestigious
universities and represent two-stage institutions (bachelormaster). Colleges usually specialize in providing bachelor's
degrees.

The levels of higher education in Russia and
abroad are similar.
Levels of higher education in Russia:
bachelor's degree (4 years), specialist's degree
(5 years) or master's degree (2 years on the
basis of a bachelor's degree), postgraduate
study (3-4 years)
Levels of higher education abroad: bachelor's
degree (4 years), master's degree (1-2 years),
doctoral studies (3-4 years).

Humanities, Chemistry.
Such famous figures as Margaret Thatcher, Lewis
Carroll, John Tolkien, Clive Staple Lewis, Tony
Blair, Felix Yusupov and many others studied and
taught here.

that it is located in one of the most
beautiful cities in Russia. The
university is considered the main
institution of higher education in
the city and one of the largest
universities in the world. Today it
has more than thirty thousand
students from different countries.
