Company Profile
Dasheng specializes in high-tech automotive moulds, like bumper, lamp, and interior moulds.
Dasheng has more than 280 trained and knowledgeable staff and 18000㎡ mould manufacturing base,
which can produce at least 400 moulds annually.
With the advanced manufacture system, Dasheng can produce moulds with minimum weight 500KG
to maximum weight 50T.
Dasheng provides moulds for well-known companies in domestic and abroad. We export to more
than 20 countries and regions, including South America, Middle Eastern, Europe, and Africa.

Program Management
A successful project development depends on the success of management, including the
continuity management and good control of all stages from mould manufacturing to part
production, as well as effective communication between internal and external.
For each project, DS assigned a rich experienced project manager to follow up and coordinate
the entire project. They responsible for providing professional advice to customers, making
technical decision and implement, developing a detailed design and schedule, making moulds,
doing trial, production and transportation.
