The exciting story of chess prodigy Elizabeth Harmony
will be told by the series "Queen's Move". After the
death of her mother in a car accident, nine-year-old
Beth is sent to a Catholic orphanage for orphans.
There, Elizabeth meets the cleaner Sheibel, who
teaches the girl how to play chess.

Beth quickly understands the rules of the game and
proves to be a talented chess player. After Elizabeth
gets into a foster family, she begins to attend chess
tournaments, where she invariably beats
experienced opponents. Unfortunately, the girl is not
able to get rid of drug addiction, which has
developed due to the daily use of tranquilizers while
living in a shelter.
