6. Fill in the gaps
Jim was employed in an international company as a sales manager. He was responsible for
selling the ovens. After about eight months, he started to get bored with his duties and
could not work well. Finally Jim was sacked as his boss was not satisfied with his work.
Then Jim was unemployed for over seven months. He had a rest, recharged his batteries
and was looking forward to his bright future, In August he accepted full-time job as a
sales director. He took over the whole department and started to build up his career.
