Conclusions
1. IZOVAC(Vlad and Sergey Tikhonov) agreed this
proposal-relocation notice
2. Based on it, we should have a clear definition or
check list for packaging general guideline , like 3
layers materials/thickness , forklift mark, ….
(shall align it firstly to avoid different opinions or
standpoints between IAC and IZOVAC)
3. Then , add special notice items for each tool
