GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE WORK
The main purpose of the work is to find out how much a foreign
language (English) is in demand in my profession, in what situations it
is specifically used, whether it is mandatory for mastering my
profession. Is it possible to do without it.

In programming languages
A programmer uses programming languages to develop programs.
Almost all of these languages are originally made in English. As well
as plug-in libraries and modules for them. Therefore, of course, it will
be easier to understand all this if you know English. But you can
generally do without it. There are many different programming
manuals on the Internet that can explain programming languages
even without knowledge of English.

Terms and documentation
Most popular programming terms, such as the word coding, already
originate from the English language, in this case from the word code.
Of course, it will be more convenient if you know these English words
in order to understand these words faster and not try to find out
what kind of word it is every time.To understand the work of built-in
functions and methods in programming languages, there is official
documentation, which is most often in English. There are also various
Internet resources, such as StackOverflow, where users can ask
questions about programming and they will be prompted. English is
also often used there.

Professional work
Working as a programmer is not only about writing code, but also has
many other parts. For example, communication with a customer (or
employer), you cannot regulate which country the customer or
employer will be from, and you will still have to communicate with
him. English is often used. In this matter, English is no longer an
option or to simplify the process. A necessity that cannot be
dispensed with.

IT sphere
There are many different tasks and professions in the field of
information technology, they all somehow meet with a foreign
language, often English.
Most of the tools for work or materials and manuals for work were
created initially in English, so it will be necessary for work.

Conclusion
In most cases, English is not required at all to do the work. But it can
significantly facilitate the work and study of various areas of the IT
sphere.
In some industries, in some situations, English is strictly
necessary for work.
