Let's meet Molly. "Hello. I'm Molly." Molly likes to draw. She has a very
special pencil. Molly has a pink friend. His name is Fred. Molly likes to
draw things for Fred. "This is my hand," says Molly. "These are my
fingers." Fred can see a hand. The hand has five fingers. Can you see a
hand? Can you see fingers? Let's count them: one, two, three, four,
five.
Molly's pencil changes color. Molly is drawing again. "These are
my legs," she says. "One leg. Two legs." Molly can stand up.
Molly can dance. Fred is very happy. Molly points the pencil and
draws some more. "These are my feet. One foot. Two feet."
Molly has blue shoes on her feet. They are new. Fred looks at her
new shoes. Wow! That's cool!
Molly points the pencil. What is she drawing now? Can you see
what it is? It’s o boy. "This is Joe," she says. "He has blue eyes
and a big smile. He is my friend." Fred is happy to meet Joe. Now
Molly has two friends. Molly is very good at drawing. Joe has a
head, two eyes, two ears, a nose, and a mouth. He has a big
smile.

Molly draws Joe's arms and hands, and his legs and
feet. Wow! He is a real boy. It's magic. "Do you like
dogs?" asks Molly. "Yes I do," says Joe. Molly points the
pencil. It changes color and she begins to draw. What is
it? "OK. Here is a dog," says Molly. The dog wants to
play. He is a happy dog. "Thank you," says Joe. Fred
and Joe are very happy with their new friend.

"Do you like dinosaurs?" asks Molly. "Yes, I do," says
Joe. Dinosaurs are big and strong. Molly has a smile on
her face. Fred, Joe, and the dog look at Molly. Can Molly
draw a real dinosaur? Molly points the pencil. She is not
drawing a dinosaur. "OK. Here is a door," she says. Joe
looks at the door. It's not a dinosaur, it's a door. Where is
the dinosaur?

The door is red. It is closed. "Open the door," says
Molly. Joe looks at Molly. "I don't like doors," he says.
"I like dinosaurs." Joe can't play with a door, but he
can play with a dinosaur. Molly is smiling. "Just open
it," she says. What is behind the door? Can you
guess? Joe opens the big red door.
The door is open. Toro! "You see. It's a dinosaur,"
says Molly. Joe is happy. Wow. He sees a big
friendly dinosaur in the doorway. Fred and the dog
are afraid, but Joe is very happy. He hugs the big
friendly dinosaur. "I like dinosaurs," Joe says.
"Thank you Molly." Molly holds her special pencil
and says, "You're welcome." Fred and the dog run
away. Molly and Joe just laugh. Molly can do magic
with her special pencil.
