About university
SNU is considered the largest and most
prestigious university in Korea. The
institution consists of 3 campuses
located in different districts: Gwanake
(main
campus),
Daehanno,
Pyeongchang. Seoul University enrolls
17,000 bachelors and 11,000 graduate
students annually. The university's
motto is "Truth is my light."

Admission requirements
To submit an application, you will need:
The cost of tuition per semester is
2,998,000 won or 360,000 rubles.
• A copy of the passport
• A copy of the birth certificate
• Certificate of knowledge of the Korean language (TOPIK from 3 points
and above, depending on the specialty)
• In case of teaching in English – TOEFL (PBT 550+, iBT 80+) / IELTS 5.5+
• High school graduation certificate (with grades) for admission to a
bachelor's degree program or a bachelor's degree for a master's
degree (apostille)
• A certificate of the availability of $5,000 (in some cases up to
$9,000, and/or a certificate of their income, parents' income)
• Upon admission to the master's program — a letter of motivation and
at least two recommendations from teachers
Applications for the next academic year for the bachelor's degree
program are submitted in the summer (June, July), for the master's
degree – in the fall (August, September).

Educational activities
Seoul National University has five faculties.
The Faculty of Innovation and Engineering
occupies the highest place, in particular, its
Materials Science and Nanotechnology program.
Secondly, it is worth noting the Faculty of
Humanities and its program for the study of
living languages.
Thirdly, the Faculty of Natural Sciences has an
excellent reputation, especially training
programs in the field of astrophysics and
chemistry.
Another advantage of Seoul University is the
Faculty of Social Sciences and Management,
which is famous, first of all, for a very high
employment rating of graduates.

Students’ life on campus
Academic buildings, student dormitories, fitness centers,
swimming pools, libraries, cafes, restaurants, shops are
located on the well-maintained campus territory.
Student dormitories located on campus. The rooms are
designed for 1-4 people. Accommodation is paid per
semester – from $ 300 to $ 1,000. You can eat in the
university canteen. The cost of breakfast and lunch is
about $ 700 per semester. In accordance with the rules of
the educational institution, the hostel is provided
depending on the student's rating.
There are also options: private rental housing, in a Korean
family, hasuk - private dormitories.
