Шаг 1: Выбираем задание
• Внимательно читаем оба задания и выбираем одно для написания эссе. Для
того, чтобы выбрать, обращаем внимание на: 1) тему проекта,
2) opinion poll question = вопрос, который задавали респондентам;
3) формулировку проблемы и 3) заключения:
Imagine that you are doing a project on … … … … … … .
Use the following plan:
– make an opening statement on the subject of the project;

select and report 2–3 facts;

make 1–2 comparisons where relevant and give your comments;

Шаг 1: Выбираем задание
• Выбираем то задание, в котором тема проекта, opinion
poll question, проблема и заключение кажутся понятными
и простыми для написания.

some data on the subject – the results of the opinion polls (see the table below). Comment on the data in the pie
chart and give your opinion on the subject of the project.
Use the following plan:

– make 1–2 comparisons
where relevant and give your

– outline a problem that can

• Отмечаем самый высокий и самый низкий процент, выделяем близкие
проценты = определяем факты, выбираем проценты для сравнения

Шаг 4: Пишем краткий план
1 абзац, вступление: The aim of my project is to find out the reasons why + тема

2 абзац: 1 факт – 36 + 34% + 20%; 2 факт – 7% + 3%
3 абзац: сравнение = 36% vs 7%, комментарий: flexibility and independence are
far more important for the respondents than being able to choose a teacher.
4 абзац: problem = flexible study hours lead to procrastination and reduce
productivity, solution = create your own detailed study plan, practice effective time
management
5 абзац, заключение: the quality of online education is high -> online students
achieve great academic results

1 абзац, два способа написать вступление:
1. Самый простой способ начать эссе – с цели и темы проекта: The
aim of my project is to find out + тема проекта…
2. Более сложный вариант: написать вступительное предложение,
отражающее актуальность темы/ популярность тренда, затем
перейти к теме своего проекта.
!! Важно: Вступительное предложение писать НЕ обязательно. За его
отсутствие баллы не снижаются.
!! Перефразировать тему проекта во вступлении НЕ нужно. Тема
проекта должна быть написана так, как в задании.

2 абзац, два способа привести 2-3 факта:
1 способ: выбрать 2-3 опции с 2-3 числовыми показателями (%).
2 способ объединить все 5 опций с % и выделить факты:
1 факт = большинство, 2 факт = середина, 3 факт =
меньшинство;
1 факт = самое популярное, 2 факт = относительно/менее
популярное, 3 факт = наименее популярное.

ВАЖНО:
Описывать данные из графика во взаимосвязи с заданным респондентам
вопросом, четко и полно сформулировав выбранные респондентами ответы (если
опции из графика не увязываются с заданным респондентам вопросом, то аспект
раскрыт неточно или не раскрыт). Это можно сделать одним из двух способов:
1) раскрыв содержание вопроса
при описание 1-й опции:
1) According to the table, having

2) упомянув сам вопрос:

2 абзац (факты)
• В этой работе логично во 2-м абзаце объединить первые 3
опции с % в первый факт и последние 2 опции с % во
второй факт.

3 абзац, два способа выполнить сравнение:
1. Сравнить между собой оставшиеся после 2-го абзаца
проценты.
2. Выбрать любые два из пяти показателей,
приводились во 2-м абзаце, и сравнить их.

разница (но это не обязательное требование).
3. Вводное предложение / вводная фраза в начале абзаца
ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫ.

• Важно комментировать именно разницу между числовыми
показателями (а не сами показатели или опции).
• Комментарий должен быть содержательным и развернутым.
• Хороший способ оформить сравнение – объяснить
предположить, почему разница такая большая / маленькая:
I think the reason is that … ;
This is probably because… ;
This might be because … ;
This difference might be explained by …
или

3 абзац (сравнение + комментарий к сравнению):
• В этом задании обращает на себя внимание разница между
flexible study hours - 36% и opportunity to choose a tutor - 7%,
потому что разница – больше, чем в 5 раз.
• Такую разницу легко прокомментировать:
респонденты выбирали гибкое расписание намного чаще
возможности подобрать учителя, потому что для
современных студентов очень важна гибкость и
независимость, ведь они часто совмещают учебу с работой

• Проблема должна формулироваться точно по заданию с
помощью выражений: A possible problem is … / One of the problems
that can arise with … is …
• В графике обычно нет проблемы, но информацию оттуда можно
использовать как источник идей для формулировки проблемы.
• Решение должно представлять из себя конкретный шаг, действие
/ меру, которая позволит решить / решает проблему.

4 абзац (проблема + решение)
• В данном задании для проблемы можно взять идею из
графика: гибкое расписание занятий в онлайн школах
приводит к прокрастинации, снижает продуктивность
учебы.

5 абзац, заключение
• В заключении должно быть 3 компонента:
1) указание на свое мнение (I think, I am sure, In my
opinion/view, I believe, I have no doubt about it);
2) само мнение (что ты думаешь);
3) пояснение (объяснение, почему ты так думаешь)

5 абзац, мнение + объяснение
• Если в заключении требуется написать о роли, важности,
качестве, проще всего охарактеризовать их с помощью
прилагательных:
- role – important / crucial / essential;
- importance – great / enormous / vital;
- quality – excellent / high / good / low / poor.

В данном эссе мнение и объяснение можно сформулировать так:
• Мнение = Я считаю, что качество онлайн образования высокое.
• Самое простое объяснение = Я так считаю, потому что это
подтверждается отличными результатами студентов,

• Выделены 4 типа стилистических ошибок:

разговорные выражения и конструкции типа Let's… (Let us и Let
me – нейтральный стиль);
3)
сниженная лексика типа folks (people, …);
4)
3 варианта стяжённых форм:

типа I’m, he’s;
–
отрицательные формы типа don’t, aren’t;
–
формы модальных глаголов типа can’t, mustn’t (Исключение:
needn’t).

Шаг 12: Исправляем языковые ошибки (если есть)

( допустимо 200-250 слов +/- 10%, т.е. 180-275 слов)
