information – this is seen as more modest and less dominant.
There is lots of silence to allow people time to think. People
are not direct when giving an opinion. Not so much time is taken
to clarify what was said. Professionals are expected to

decide when they should travel and who they
should visit within a fixed budget agreed at the
beginning of the year.
