PURPOSE
The purpose of this work is to study the crime: falsification of
evidence and the results of operational investigative activities in
the context of Article 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian
Federation.

The composition of the crime under Article 303 of the Criminal
Code of the Russian Federation

The object of the crime:
- public relations, protected interests of justice.
2. The objective side:
- Actions to falsify evidence or the results of operational
investigative activities.
- This may include:
- the manufacture, distortion, forgery of documents or
other materials that can be used as evidence.

The composition of the crime under Article 303 of the
Criminal Code of the Russian Federation
3. The subject of the crime:
- A natural, sane person who has reached the age of 16
Special subject: a person involved in a case (civil,
administrative), or his representative
4. The subjective side:
- Guilt in the form of direct intent.
- The person must be aware that he is committing acts of
falsification, and desire their implementation.

The analytical review of judicial practice includes:
-consideration of convictions under the specified article
(303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

Also, according to this study, an analysis was
conducted on scientific articles related to the
presented topic.
The conclusion of the analysis: the problems of
qualification of this crime, judicial practice were
noted, and solutions were proposed

CONCLUSION
This paper analyzes the problems of
falsification of evidence and the results of
operational investigative activities.
Scientific papers that deepen the
understanding of the problem and its
implications for criminal proceedings are
discussed.
Judicial practice demonstrates the seriousness
of crimes.
The fight against falsification (forgery) of
documents is important for the protection of
citizens' rights and the reliability of justice.
