Baikal
Baikal is the deepest and oldest lake
in the world, located in Siberia,
Russia. Its depth reaches 1,642
meters, and it contains about 20% of
the fresh water on the planet. The
lake is surrounded by picturesque
mountains

The Tretyakov Gallery
The Tretyakov Gallery is one of the
most famous art museums in Russia,
located in Moscow. It was founded in
1856 by merchant Pavel Tretyakov and
contains an extensive collection of
Russian paintings and sculptures. The
gallery is represented by works by such
masters as Ilya Repin, Alexey Savrasov
and Vasily Surikov.

Kul Sharif
Kul Sharif is one of the most famous
mosques in Russia, located in Kazan,
the capital of Tatarstan. It was built in
the style of traditional Oriental
architecture and opened in 2005, on
the anniversary of the liberation of
Kazan from the Polish invaders. The
mosque is named after the legendary
Mullah Kul Sharif, who defended the
city during the struggle for
independence.
