6.

GREETING
For greeting, a bow from the
shoulder and a handshake using
both hands are used. They say
goodbye in Mongolia, as well as
greet each other, just bowing out,
shaking hands.

7.

HOSPITALITY
The Mongols are a hospitable people. Most
often, you may be invited home for a tea party.
Upon entering the yurt, the guest is
immediately offered a bowl with suutei
tsai or airag. It is a symbol of respect, as
well as the hospitality of the hosts.
Take a bowl of tea from the hostess of the house with both
hands as a sign of respect, also do not serve anything with
your left hand, so you can greatly offend the hospitable hosts.

8.

BUSINESS ETIQUET TE
You should not go to Mongolia if you
only have a couple of days for business
negotiations. Any meeting should be
arranged in advance and you will have to
devote enough time to it. Negotiations
last a long time, although the protocol of
meetings exists, it is rarely observed,
and punctuality is a relative concept for
the Mongols.

9.

When getting to know each other, it is
worth noting that there is very little
difference between referring to "you"
and "you", since the Mongols do not
have a surname. Friends address each
other by "you". Business cards can be
made in both Russian and English.
In Mongolia, it is customary to give memorable
gifts when meeting people. To please your
business partner, it is worth giving him
something unusual; the choice of goods in
Mongolia is small, so it will not be difficult to
surprise a Mongol with a gift

THE RULES OF THE MEAL IN
MONGOLIA
Lunch starts with tea. They drink it while waiting for
the mutton to ripen. As a rule, the first cup of tea is
served to the owner of the yurt or the head of the
family, and then to all other participants of the meal
In Mongolia, there is a right-hand custom: a
bowl and a snuffbox are passed only with the
right hand, and any offering must be
accepted with the right hand or both hands
