Walt Disney
• Walter Elias Disney-was an American animator, film producer, voice
actor, and entrepreneur. A pioneer of the American animation
industry, he introduced several developments in the production of
cartoons. He was the creator of the film company

Biografy
• Walt Disney was born December 5, 1901 in Chicago. The family was not
rich and moved frequently in search of greener pastures. He started
to work as a paperboy when he was 8 years old to contribute to the
family budget.
• Since coming back from front, he tried to get the position of
illustrator, but nobody wanted to hire him. Then Walt got a job in the
newspaper on the position of journalist, but was dismissed, because
he tried to draw every time he had. Then he decided to start up his
own Studio. The first attempt had failed because he did not know the
basics of business. But the second time was successful one and in
1923 he succeeded to create the Walt Disney Company in Hollywood
together with his brother Roi.
• He had created a plenty of fantastic cartoon characters: Mickey
Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, Snow White and seven dwarves, Dumbo,
Bambi, etc..
