It was a normal Friday night, I was home alone when out of blue I heard the sound of
someone breaking into my house.

I was really shaken up so I hid in my closet and tried to call the police. These sounds
attracted the burglar`s attention so I was caught in the act. The culprit found me, grabbed the
phone out of my hands.

I tried to run to the front door and call neighbours or passers-by for help but he chased after
me and threatened me with a gun. Then I was locked up in the room by force. He held me
hostage and asked my parents for a fee for letting me go alive.

But my parents tricked him and called the police. When the police came, a nasty guy tried
to run away but got caught. The police have investigated a house and found major evidence
of burglary. The guy was taken to the court and found guilty for trespass and threatening.
The judge has convicted him and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
