expensive house of the Russian
show business — Stas Mikhaylov's
mansion, worth 1 billion rubles. Only
the land plot was valued at 150
million rubles, while the building itself
cost 12 million dollars.

district — 'Agalarov Estate'. The 580-square-meter house
is designed in a classic Italian style: gilded finishes, stucco
moldings, wrought-iron staircases, and crystal chandeliers.

took place during Mikhailov's
marriage to Inna Kanchelskis.
She was the one in charge of the
project, design, and interior
furnishings, giving the space
features of classic European
style. Some interior elements —
such as the wrought-iron
staircases and the Murano glass
chandelier — were brought from
Italy as custom orders.
