There was a very tense atmosphere
Improve Staff - I had to ask for paper and pencil two times, they didn't give me it in
advance before listening
I did Not Like one girl started to make fight with staff and they were too noisy ,
they shamed my table during listening , that’s why I could not concentrate
I asked an instructor whether I can take the plastic cup from the lobby to test—she
said yes—but immediately taken that cup away by the next instructor.
