First Conditionals
условные предложения I типа выражают реальные,
возможные ситуации в будущем. Вероятность, что действие
произойдет, очень велика.
Чаще всего вводятся союзом if (если).
IF (When) Present Simple, Future Simple.
IF (When) V1 (s), will+ V.

First Conditionals
1) Сказуемые в обеих частях переводятся на русский
язык формами будущего времени.
e.g. If you phone me, you will go shopping with you.
(Если ты мне позвонишь, я пойду с тобой за покупками.)
2)Запятая в сложноподчиненном предложении ставится
только в случае, если придаточное предложение
находится перед главным.
e.g. If I stay after classes, I will tell you about it.
I will tell you about it if I stay after classes.
IF (When) Present Simple, Future Simple.
IF (When) V1 (s), will+ V.

4. Translate into Russian:

1)If the weather is fine, I will go to the country.
2) If I study well, I will enter the University.
3) If you are free, I will come to see you.
4) If she knows English, she will try to enter the
university.
5) If Tom buys a present to her, she will be glad.
6) If Ben invites me, I’ll come to his party.
7) We will not play football if the weather is bad.

5. Put the verbs into correct form:

1) If you (to help) me, I (to finish) this work in an
hour.
2) When (to be) ready, I (to call) you.
3) We (to go) to the zoo if my father (to have) free
time.
4) If you (to give) me some money, I (to buy) you
a ticket.
5) We (not to play) football if the they (to be) late.

6. Second Conditionals

выражают действия, совершение которых в определенных
ситуациях в настоящем оказывается нереальным.
Вероятность, что действие произойдет, практически равна
нулю.
На
русский
язык
переводятся
сослагательным
наклонением (формой прошедшего времени с частицей
бы).
IF Past Simple (V2), would + V.
e.g. If my friend phoned me, we would go to the country

7. Second Conditionals

If I were you…
ВАЖНО ЗАПОМНИТЬ:
глагол to be в прошедшем времени всегда будет were и
никогда — was!
Поэтому If he were , а не If he was !
e.g. If he were here, he would help us.
Если бы он был здесь, он бы помог нам.
If I were you, I would drive more carefully in the rain. –
Если бы я был на твоем месте, я бы вел машину аккуратнее во время
дождя. (но я не на твоем месте)

8. Translate into Russian:

1. If he arrived, he would hear the news.
2. If I finished the work this week, I would go on
vacation.
3. I would tell her the story If I saw her.

week.

9. Translate the sentences:
