Andrés Muschietti (born August 26, 1973,
Buenos Aires) is an Argentine filmmaker,
known for his work in horror and fantasy.
He gained international fame with his
debut Mama (2013) and is best known for
directing the hugely successful It (2017)
and It Chapter Two (2019), based on
Stephen King's novel. He later directed The
Flash (2023) for the DC Extended Universe.
