3. Strategic recommendations

To solve problem of outdated visual there should be focus on little
things due to lack of resources. Such as VFX improving, grenades,
effects etc. Also I have prepared little concept of potential rework of
«players» on the map, the example is T site «player». This could help
improve visual and get more people interested in the game.

Insufficient level of engagement. The main problem is that player
doesn’t have enough motivation to plot tactics, study mechanics. There
should be created a feeling that player is achieving something. So the
scheme will be:
Player started
the game
Player is studying
mechanics, player create
tactics
Player get the reward, achievement
and feeling of satisfaction
This will help to create better progression for players. This scheme could be
implemented via animated screens(Example #1), trophy history for each
team, trophy history for each coach/player. This will create a feeling that
each save is a big history, with their own villains, winners, losers.

There’s no need to do some marketing things before the other steps
are completed. The game should get some little complex improvements
to have certain presentable look and engagement gameplay, this will
help to bring more people buy the game. So idea with short videos on
reddit, tiktok, youtube is the best option. With little visual
improvements that I described before, videos will get more attention.
And my gameplay progression suggestion will help to hold these players
in the game.
All these thing could be done before PGL Singapore Major 2026, when
the players will be more active, they will try to found some eSports
games.
