2. Topicality of work

Russian peat stocks
• 47 % of the world's reserves
• 162,7 billion tons
• greatest stocks in the world
Major problems for the peat industry
• The
process
of
forming
the
peat mass is accompanied by low
moisture,
• relatively high required pressure for
the destruction of residual fiber peatforming plants and packing of
processed peat mixture.

7. Different structure of pellets

Theoretical bases of technology of the lumpy, granulated
peat fuel production have been developed by I.N. Chisty,
M.P.Volarovich, S.N.Gamaynov and others. On the basis of this
research it has been established that quality of finished goods,
is mainly determined by the nature of peat and depends on
character of structurization in the course of extraction,
processing and drying of peat. Granulation of peat masses is
accompanied by the complex
physical and mechanical
phenomena.

17. Conclusions

1. The experiments on the stand were recorded productiveness
machines depending of type shaft speed.
2.We have plots of the current strength of the moisture of the
processed material, which showed an increase in load at multiple
processing. The specific energy consumption increases dramatically
when the three-five times the processing in the laboratory setting
screw.
3. Stand for studying the process of semi rigid extruded peat mixture
allows you to define various parameters necessary for the
investigation of energy and of forming pellets.
4. The granulation process analysis in srew machine shows that now
among unsolved problems of peat fuel production are the following:
Influence on the process power consumption and quality of ready
peat fuel;
