CONTRACT DRAFT

2. Contract

All the conditions of the international contract
are grouped into separate sections and are
arranged in a specific sequence. According to the
practice, these sections are usually referred to as
"articles" and are numbered in order.

3. International contract can be divided into the following parts:

1. Preamble (introduction);
2. The main part , which include:
subject of contract;
the price and value of the contract;
conditions of payment;
delivery conditions;
conditions of acceptance;

4. Parts of contract:

3. Enforcement of the obligations and responsibilities of
the parties:
conditions of acceptance of the goods / services;
Force Majeure;
Arbitration (adjudication);
sanctions
4. Other terms and conditions.
5. Requisites of the 2 sides.

The above structure is not mandatory.
At the moment, neither in the Republic of
Kazakhstan legislation or international level there is
no document that would strictly fixed the structure
and content of the contract. There are only
recommendations on drawing up contracts.
