2. Вопрос с «хвостиком»

Представляет собой специфическое
предложение, где в левой части – повествование
(утвержденное или отрицательное), а в правой
части «хвостик», который всегда переводится:
«Не так ли?», «Не правда ли?»

3. Вопрос с «хвостиком»

Разделительный вопрос призывает собеседника
отреагировать на повествование, делает
разговор вежливым, уважительный, живым.
Построение хвостика зависит от левой части:
если в левой части утверждение, то хвостик
будет отрицательным и наоборот.

They are students, aren’t they?
