I would like you to tell about my first
experience of cooking soup with the pearl
barley. It was a horror.

I took a glass of pearl barley and put it in the
milk. After the 7 min. the pearl went out.
The pearl went so fast that I have no time
to took a plate with a spoon. I made a lot of
shout and noise. All kitchen was in pearl.

But it was not been a
soup it was a porridge
and all kitchen was
like a big piece of
porridge. And I made
the discovery. If you
want to cook a soup
you must take a little
bit pearl barley!
