the Addams
Family…

3. Mrs. Addams

MRS. ADDAMS
The mother’s
name is Morticia.
Her hair is black.
Her eyes are
black. And she
always wears a
black dress.

4. Mr. Addams

MR. ADDAMS
The father’s name is Gomez. He wears a
suit most of the time, tells many jokes,
and is very happy in his own way.

5. They have two children…

THEY HAVE TWO CHILDREN…
…Wednesday, who is
a very serious girl
Pugsley, who is
always playing
tricks on his sister.

6. More Addams

MORE ADDAMS
Grandma
and
Uncle Fester
are members of the family, too.

7. Lurch and a lizard

LURCH AND A LIZARD
Lurch is the family’s
helper and oh, we
can’t forget
Pugsley’s pet lizard!

feed mice to their plants,
and like getting a moon
tan!
…is happy when it rains,
Are you happy when it rains, too?

JUST LIKE YOU!
In many ways, the Addams family is just like
your family. Here they are having dinner with
friends.

Morticia and Gomez love their children very, very much.

12. What makes you afraid?

WHAT MAKES YOU AFRAID?
And just like us, some
things make them afraid.
But they do not run away
from their fears. They talk
about them and then don’t
feel so frightened
anymore…

13. They face their fears…

THEY FACE THEIR FEARS…
…And so, they live happily ever after.
