They watch English films.
They put on plays in English.
They write letters to their pen pals.
They go to English- speaking countries

To cut a long story short a lot of people all over
the world learn English because it has taken
the position of the world language
• 750 million people in the world speak it and
the half of them speak it as a mother tongue
• It has become the language of the planet
• It’s the first truly global language
• All international relations, documents are in
English
